For half a decade, Palestinian activist Basel Adra has been documenting the destruction of his community, Masafer Yatta located on the West Bank, under the Israeli occupation. No Other Land captures his journey and the formation of an unexpected alliance with Israeli journalist Yuval Abraham. Together, they navigate the challenges of resistance, exploring the deep inequalities between them and offering a vision of potential coexistence. This film, created by a collective of Palestinian and Israeli activists, serves as an act of creative resistance against Apartheid and a plea for equality and justice. In December, No Other Land was shortlisted for the Oscars 2025 for Best Documentary Feature Film.

“This film - which at its core, is a proposal for an alternate way Israelis and Palestinians can live in this land - not as oppressor and oppressed, but in full equality”

-Director’s statement

After the screening, we invite you to stay for a conversation with Michael Irving Jensen & Rasmus Steen from International Media Support (IMS) who will explore the urgent issues it addresses.
