Diversity Matters

Oslo Pax: Diversity Matters took place at the Nobel Peace Center in Oslo and focused on how civil society, private sector and policy makers could work together to reach the goals of gender equality and diversity.

CONFERENCE

A hybrid peace conference, having taken place both at the Nobel Peace Center in Oslo and digitally across the world, Diversity Matters gathered businesses and civil society, changemakers and Nobel laureates. Among the speakers were Nobel Peace Prize laureates Jody Williams and ICAN’s Beatrice Fihn, Netflix’s former Director of Inclusion, Michelle King, and Libyan peace activist Hajer Sharief.

Gender equality and inclusion must be a social norm if the world shall succeed in building peaceful, sustainable societies.
