The famous Swedish artist Erik Johansson’s immersive art is showing at the Nobel Peace Center this fall. “The Echo Chamber” captivated audiences at Fotografiska in Stockholm last year and is now making its international debut. This thought-provoking exhibition invites visitors to explore how we perceive the world and challenges us to look beyond our own echo chambers and filter bubbles.

The exhibition features three central photographic works: "The Echo Chamber," "Filter Bubbles," and "Painting a World of Our Own." Each piece creates a unique, immersive universe where visitors can engage with the art and reflect on their own perspectives.

Daring to take a step into the unknown and leave your comfort zone is something that has been recurring in my work for many years. It's a fairly broad subject that can be illustrated in many ways, but here I have worked more specifically with how we construct our own separate worlds.
