Course content
No prior knowledge required
No prior knowledge of dialogue or course facilitation is needed. When purchasing the course, a comprehensive guide for the facilitator is included.
Short videos and exercises
Also included is a physical copy of the dialogue book "The 8 Dialogue Principles" presented in the book "Those Who Listen, Move the World," with accompanying videos, exercises, and tasks for each principle.

The course includes an interactive film
Participants get the opportunity to test their dialogue skills by navigating through a difficult conversation at work, with the ability to control the direction of the conversation! Afterwards, you will receive an analysis of your results.
Estimated completion time
6-7 hours, but the schedule is very flexible. You can choose to complete everything over a two-day session or spread it out over weekly team meetings.
