Together and individually, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on what good dialogue truly is - and be encouraged to continue practicing effective dialogue after the course is completed.
Course content
No prior knowledge required
No prior knowledge of dialogue or course facilitation is needed. When purchasing the course, a comprehensive guide for the facilitator is included.
Short videos and exercises
The course consists of 8 modules based on the 8 dialogue principles presented in the book ‘Those Who Listen, Change the World,’ with accompanying videos, exercises, and tasks.
Dialogue books for everyone are included
All course participants receive a physical copy of the dialogue book "Those Who Listen, Change the World."
The course includes an interactive film
Participants have the chance to test their dialogue skills by navigating a challenging conversation at work, with the ability to steer the direction of the discussion. Afterwards, you will receive an analysis of your results.
Estimated completion time
6-7 hours, but the schedule is very flexible. You can choose to complete everything over a two-day session or spread it out over weekly team meetings.
